Full clearances of a property — furniture, belongings and waste removed, sorted and responsibly disposed of or donated, and the home left clean and ready for what comes next.

Considered interiors specified and sourced piece by piece — layout, palette, furniture, lighting and art — so the home photographs beautifully and hosts at a higher standard.

Man on the Ground
For buyers, remote owners and anyone who can't be in Edinburgh: I attend viewings, inspect properties in person and report back with an owner's eye for condition, presentation and lettings potential.

I work with a trusted network of sales agents and long-term letting agents who act on my behalf — so when a home's next chapter is a sale or a long lease, it is introduced to people I would hand my own keys to. One point of contact, whichever direction the property goes.

I work with you one-to-one to shape, set up and launch a holiday let. Drawing on over eight years in premium short-term rentals, I help bring the property, its presentation and its day-to-day operation together — with care built in from the start.

Prepare the home

A future ambition / Scotland
My own ambition is to create a brand of off-grid, ultra-premium, self-contained cabins in Scotland’s most beautiful rural locations. Inspired by Copenhagen and Danish design, the vision is for thoughtful spaces that sit quietly in the landscape. It’s a future chapter — and a reflection of the same care I bring to your project today.
